Include the full DELIVERY ADDRESS including the city. In the appointment personalization box, add details, characters, colors, food, drinks, hobbies, party theme... the more we know, the more personal the Supercute Yard Card will feel to them. You are booking an approximate delivery window. Rental is NOT for one hour. This is a dawn to dusk rental. Exact delivery time is not guaranteed but will be between 6 and 9 am.
We Install around Dawn on the morning of the Celebration
Installation is on the front lawn. Please let your watchful neighbors and an adult member of the household know there will be someone in the yard. We are Yard Card ninjas... but we wouldn't want to startle anyone.
We will text you a picture of the Supercute Yard Card. Call us right away if you encounter any issues or need help. We want you to be satisfied and happy!
Prep the Area for Installation
Prior to delivery, you'll receive a text reminder to leave the porch light on and water your lawn at the installation site.

We Pickup
We will text you to advise you we are on our way to pickup the sign. Pickups occur around sunset. Exact pickup time is not guaranteed but will be between 5 - 7 pm.
